         <description><![CDATA[<div>In 2012, President Obama granted waivers from NLCB too many states. Granting through waivers in exchange for that those states have agreed to raise standards, improve accountability, and under take essential reforms to improve teacher effectiveness. 8 out of the 32 NCLB waivers are conditional meaning those states have no entirely satisfied the requirements. </div>]]></description>
