Jews experienced discrimination for hundreads of years and reasons for this discrimination are because Jews had blame on the death of Jesus Christ and because Jews were well educated and therefore they had well-paid professional jobs or ran successful stores and businesses. 
Hitler hated Jews, he was anti-semitic. During the years of poverty in Vienna, Hitler became obsessed by the fact that Jews ran successful businessess. Hitler also blamed Jewish bankers and businessmen for Germanys defeat in the WW1 he thought they forced the surrender of the German army.
From its birth the Nazi party had campaign against the Jews. Within days of taking power the Nazis made their intentions obvious.
As soon as Hitler took power in 1922 he began to mobilise the powers of the state against the Jews. Jews were often treated unjustly in courts or forced to live in ghettos. They were banned from the Civil Service as well as in other public services, for instance, broadcasting and teaching. The SS and SA troopers organised boycotts of Jewish shops and businesses, which were marked with a star of David.

They ran riot smashing up Jewish shops and workplaces. Ninety-one Jews were murdered. Hundreds of synagogues were burned. Twenty thousand Jews were taken to concentration camps. Thousands more left the country. Many Germans were concerned and alarmed about the event. After defeating Poland in 1939, the Nazis set about 'Germanising' western Poland. This meant transporting Poles from their homes and replacing them with German settlers. Almost one of five Poles died in the fighting and as a result of racial policies of 1939-45. Polish Jews were rounded up and transported to the major cities. Here they were herded into sealed areas, cakked ghettos. Final Solution to the Jewish Question was a Nazi plan for the extermination of the Jews during World War II

People were locked into the back of trucks which had been changed to allow the exhaust gases such as carbon monoxide to enter. The people sealed in the back of the truck were gassed.

Camps were set up in Poland for the purpose of killing people.

On January 20, 1942, 15 high-ranking Nazi Party and German government officials gathered at a villa in the Berlin suburb of Wannsee to discuss and coordinate the implementation of what they called the "Final Solution of the Jewish Question."

Between 1941 and 1945, the Nazis established six killing centers in former Polish territory—Chelmno, Belzec, Sobibor, Treblinka,Auschwitz-Birkenau and Majdanek.
