         <description><![CDATA[<div>Teachers need to effectively demonstrate how to use concrete manipulatives and models such as fraction tiles and unifix cubes.  Students are allowed graph paper on the assessments, so teachers can utilize this to show them how they can use graph paper to help them visualize equivalent fractions.  We also need to ensure the students are learning multiple ways to solve problems.</div>]]></description>
