There are a lot of challenges that we experience while presenting our business proposal. But the most challenging one is the part where it's very obvious that a lot of my co-members didn't read and understand our paper. The way they give answers to the questions, some of them are not even sure of what they're talking about.

I think one of the memorable experience from midterm defense is the explanation of diorama and the commercial video that the EsteChew Company have. Since each department put an effort to do their assigned task to finish it.

Some of the Challenges that i experience are:

Can't speak even though i/we know the answer.
Feeling so nervous even though i'm just sitting and taking notes of the comments and suggestions from each panelists.
As well the answer of my group that may be wrong or not relevant to the content of our paper due to the fact that they didn't read all part on the paper.

One of the challenges we encountered was with our paper. We didn't have a good understanding of a certain section that we were supposed to be well-prepared for. As a result, we struggled to respond to the panelists and made several mistakes due to difficulties in expressing ourselves clearly.

The things that i want to improve for myself and to others are:

Look at the panelists while presenting or talking.
If you want and know the answer, raise your hand immediately and say what you want to say.
Have the confidence to answer all the questions since all answer are on the paper and we must know each of it.
Additionally, communication from each other. If we have this kind of principle, i think we can acquire and do the things we want more appropriate.

There are a lot of things that we need to improve, especially the part where we need to make sure that everyone in our group understand and know what's inside on our paper. By this I think we need to improve the communication within the group. We also need to improve the way we answer to the panelists questions. And for myself, I think i need to improve on presenting my part. I was not looking to the panelists or the audience while presenting, so I need to make sure that next defense I'm not just reading or looking at the presentation.

I'm working on improving my communication skills to be better understood by others. I'm also practicing my presentation skills, like speaking clearly and using visuals. Listening carefully is key to responding accurately. Understand the paper carefully to make sure I answer the panelist surely.

• look at the panelist properly, don't look anywhere while you are being asked.

•don't teach who will answer.

the challenge I've experience is

i have a notes but the question is not same to my notes like i forgot to highlight the other important words to explain and i wasn't able to speak cause its too much pressure to my self I am so nervous like what if I'm wrong but things has change, even if i was wrong atleast i tried it
