It is part of every Canadian and until we fully acknowledge Res School and Treaties we cannot move forward. Res Schools - mistakes were made, healing needs to occur. We need to recognize we are all Treaty People.

HEALING

H-Healing together will make us stronger

E-Empathy-Everyone plays a vital role in healing & reconciliation

A-Always allow for time to reflect and growth

L-Love one another as this is a difficult process for all

I-Individual Voice and story will help those that are affected- Listen, love & learn

N-Never give up, we are all here to heal together

G –Give each other time to express feelings and emotions

We must understand the history from all perspectives.

Only then can we be prepared to undertake the important

work of reconciliation.
