La parole est mise à l’honneur dans le cours de langue et littérature, tant dans l’étude des discours écrits que dans sa pratique orale.  Cette séquence aborde le travail de l’éloquence dans ces deux aspects et dans une perspective diachronique. En effet, observer, analyser et produire un discours ne peut se faire sans comprendre comment les règles antiques de la rhétorique sont, aujourd’hui encore, au fondement de l’écriture des discours.
