The district is growing in this arena. It's been so good to see everyone working together to grow the teachers in the building.


As a year 6 in my principalship,I'm really excited about the systems we've set up in school for supporting the special education process and programs. The backpack of skills (portrait of a learner) showcases our students. Having a sense of pride toward all of that work.

In my leadership role, you get bogged down by discipline at times so being excited about the texts and a positive outlet with this program.


Christa: I am excited about setting aside intentional time where we as leaders can come together and learn from each other.


John: I am excited about getting this program started. We were not able to roll it out when COVID hit, we were not sure it would come back. Fortunately, it came back within the last several months. It is really gratifying that we are able to do this. This is a program I really believe in and see the potential in it.
