         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nat Turner was a slave in Virginia who lead Nat Turner's rebellion. After looking at an eclipse, Turner decided it was time to take action. He had about 80 followers and they managed to attack 4 plantations and kill 60 white men before being captured by state and federal troops. In 1803, The United States decided to buy Louisiana and the territory include from France for $15 million. Next the U.S. Government sent Lewis and Clark on an expedition to explore the new territory after the Louisiana Purchase.</div>]]></description>

After a vote in Virginia,  they agreed to tighten the rules and security.
