The gangsta rap, on the other hand, is the mode of rap that tries to tell the social problems suffered by the most humble regions. Violence, crime and 🤬, therefore, frequently appear in the lyrics.

There is a simple answer and a complicated one. And anyway the simple one (Cowboy and then the three: he, Melle Mel and his older brother, Kid Creole) is equally sinuous. The second would be to say that the art of being an MC comes from the tradition of the Griots in West Africa, through the ministers of the Baptist and Methodist churches, the bluesman, the soul artists, the revolutionary poets of the sixties, the radio disc jockeys in Manhattan, disco dj's in Harlem and then James Brown, Muhammed Ali and Malcolm X, plus many background and indirect influences. In fact, this second answer is rather related to the history of the vernacular Afro-American expression that ended up opting for a whole that we know as hip hop. In other words, Rome was not built in a day.

The components of rap include "content" (what is said), "flow" (rhythm, rhyme) and "delivery" (cadence, tone). Rap differs from poetry in that rap is generally played on an instrumental track.

The word had been used in British English since the sixteenth century. It was part of the African-American dialect of English in the 1960s that means "to converse", and very soon after that in its current use as a term that denotes the musical style. Nowadays, the term rap is so closely associated with hip-hop music that many writers use the terms interchangeably.

Freestyle is a variation of rap, freestyle is commonly referred to as a style in which rap lyrics are made. It is characterized by being created in the moment, improvising at the same time as it is raped, expressing what one sees or what one feels through words about a rhythm. Literally, the term freestyle is "freestyle", although in the jargon of Spanish hip-hop, the word "improvisation" is used as a translation.
Its diffusion is thanks to the freestyle battles (which are based on measuring against a rival and defeat it) and underground encounters in different areas of Latin America and other Spanish-speaking countries and part of the United States.

Battle of the roosters. What is a battle of the roosters?

What is an MC? What is freestyle? the rap? Let's take a tour of gallo flight for its history.
These battles are part of the hip-hop culture, an urban movement that was born in the Bronx in New York in the late 70s as a response to segregation and discrimination against the African-American population. It all started as a party in the ghetto where different patches of the neighborhood met in the streets to dance, and in general to express a message of dissatisfaction and resistance to the system.
The beginnings of improvisation on the streets of Brooklyn when Notorious B.I.G. I was 17 years old:

Initially these parties used a Disc-jockey (DJ), who placed vinyl funk, soul and disco mixing beats live. Over time, it became necessary for these mixtures to be accompanied by a voice that encouraged the audience and served as host (host) of the events; that historical moment lays the foundations of Rap, whose acronym in English serves to reference the term Rhythm And Poetry (rhythm and poetry), a combination between the African-American poetic tradition and the music that emerged from the New York parties. And so, from this whole revolution is born the master of ceremony or microphone controller whose initials correspond to M.C. This new element of spoken poetry ended up being the well-known "improvisation" or Freestyle.
Just as our planet has water, air, fire and earth, the Hip-Hop world also has four elements: DJ, MC, Break Dance (urban dance) and Graffiti, all coming from the same historical context. There are many theories about the origin of these trades, but for the sociocultural context of the moment these 4 elements were immediately associated with the Hip-Hop culture, based on its street and clandestine nature. The MC's broke the shell, walked, evolved and grew to stop being chicks. Some stayed on the road, others became chickens, but only the toughest managed to become roosters, legitimate roosters, full of knowledge they use as shield and sword.

One of the main characteristics of rap is that its melody is not generated by musical instruments: although it can resort to some of them, they usually do not have a central place in the generation of music. In addition, these instruments are usually electronic devices that aim to set the pace or add sound effects.

Thus, the main source of music in rap is the voice of those who carry out the musical act: singers use their own voice not only to sing or speak but also to use it to make sounds of all kinds.

Rap is also characterized by the fact that rhyme is especially important, looking for Rap singers to establish verses in which there is a lot of information and lyrics to recite that should always sound in rhyme form to facilitate memory and sound.

The rap (also known in English as emceeing) is a type of Sprechgesang or rhythmic recitation of rhymes, puns and poetry emerged in the mid-twentieth century among the black community of the United States. It is one of the four fundamental pillars of hip hop culture, hence it is often methophically (and inaccurately) called hip hop. Although it can be interpreted a cappella, rap is usually accompanied by a rhythmic musical background known with the English voice beat. The rappers are the MC, the English acronym for "master of ceremonies".

pop, cause I found a hella way to fuse it
With rock, shock rap with Doc
Throw on Lose Yourself and make 'em lose it
I don't know how to make songs like that
I don't know what words to use
Let me know when it occurs to you
While I’m ripping any one of these verses diverse as you
It’s curtains, I’m inadvertently hurtin' you
How many verses I gotta 🤬 to,
Prove that if you're half as nice at songs you can sacrifice virgins too uh!
School flunkie, pill junky
But look at the accolades the skills brung me
Full of myself, but still hungry
I bully myself cause I make me do what I put my mind to
And I'm a million leagues above you, ill when I speak in tongues
But it's still tongue in cheek, 🤬 you
I'm drunk so Satan take the 🤬 wheel, I'm asleep in the front seat
Bumping Heavy D and the Boys, still chunky, but funky
But in my head there's something I can feel tugging and struggling
Angels fight with devils, here's what they want from me
They asking me to eliminate some of the women hate
But if you take into consideration the bitter hatred that I had
Then you may be a little patient and more sympathetic to the situation
And understand the discrimination
But 🤬 it, life's handing you lemons, make lemonade then
But if I can't batter the women how the 🤬 am I supposed to bake them a cake then?
Don't mistake it for Satan
It's a fatal mistake if you think I need to be overseas
And take a vacation to trip a broad
And make her fall on her face and don't be a 🤬
Be a king?
