Monitoring a project will help us to identify any problems that may arise during the duration of the project and it will allow us to take corrective action when needed.
Monitoring the project allow as to identify any problems that may arise during the life of the project,  making sure that the tasks are done at the expected time to deliver the expected outcome within the allocated budget.
