In the book Remnants Jobs lives in California I know he lives in California with his parents in a big house because it says Jobs a fourteen year old is living in California in the year 2011.

In both of the books the characters both live in a big house.

I feel like it is character vs nature because Leo has to go out in the nature and go on a boat and look for his dad on a island. 

Remnants is also 
character vs nature because an asteroid is going to hit the earth and  that just naturally happened.

Leo is smart and brave. Leo is smart because he made so many plans to go find his father another reason why Leo is brave enough to live with his uncle because in the story it said "I have not been in your lives but I loved you from a dearly far" and this was on page 33. This explains he  is brave because he would talk to his uncle every day and he dosn't know his uncle that much and saw his uncle crane once when Leo was a baby.And never seen him since. Leo is brave because he can do many things by himself. 

Jobs is calm because he is not scared of anything but the only thing that jobs is scared of is the world ending! Jobs is also friendly because he is friends with strangers even strangers that are half human I know he is friends with a robotic because this is what it said in the book "Mo,steel whats up" and this was on page 18.
