I learned mostly about the importance of the conservation and preservation of the cultural heritage by the locals we met and about their culture. But not only about this local culture, moreover about all the cultural heritage from all the countries around the world exampled by the local culture. Before i took part of this course i wasn‘t even aware of the tangible and intangible cultural heritage. Thanks to this course i am even more openminded than before! It standed out that i can always find similarities in all the differences of the different cultures as long as we communicate at all and keep the communication up.

I also learned that these oral traditions and expressions of cultures are very important for the preservation of the cultural heritage as well as to keep the heritage cycle ongoing! And yet there is still so much to learn about other cultural heritages! It was just an amazing experience to connect with so many different kinds of people and seeing that we have so much in common.

In addition to that, everyday i learned that the digital devices and applications are powerful tools to reflect and improve the experiences i witnessed the whole time! On the other hand i learned so much about other european school-systems by other participants, as well as to always be openminded and ready for new stuff and adventures i normaly never would take action to do =)

Over all i learned that my whole thinking process about the world and the preservation of the cultural heritage changed during this course because of the many facets we could witness. It will also change the future ways how i will teach my students. =)

We learned a lot about culture, nature, language, history, people, school system and learning … etc and etc!
