Teachers have indicated different strategies to conduct an online lesson only. It will be beneficial if we can see a continuation and momentum of a blended learning. 

During HBL, teachers are doing google meet and carrying out lesson. For lower primary, the lessons were conducted online via video.

It will be good to share how we can infuse blended learning in a typical week, with HBL work and extension during f2f lesson.

2. Question: There will be some changes in how we see the pupils learning attitude for their holistic development. We need parents to provide some level of monitoring and a conducive learning environment especially for those pupils with low level of readiness, motivation and self discipline. 

All stakeholders should embrace this new way of teaching with an open and growth mindset. I believe it will be a steep learning curve for all if not most of us. It is important that teachers and pupils are equipped with a certain level of ICT competencies and skills. We should also ask ourselves "How do we want SV blended learning to look like?"

It will be good for teachers to come together to share their HBL challenges and discuss on ways to overcome them. For it to be effective, pupils should have accessed the online content before the face-to-face classroom activities. Teachers must consider ways to monitor or motivate pupils to access the online content before coming to class. 
Resources could be  created collaboratively but teachers must further customized the resources to suit their pupils' needs.

Teachers should consider ICT readiness level before they consider ICT tools.  Cyberwellness for both parents and pupils must be carried out. Common ICT tools could be used by the different departments.

Unpack the term `feedback' :  There should be a common understanding. Eg, is auto marking considered feedback?

Assessment and feedback: There should be other modes of assessment that are formalized apart from pen and paper.

If left unsupervised, will they be able to resist the temptation and not end up surfing the Net/playing games/watching videos instead? 

Ultimately they will have to be the ones responsible for their own learning. Hence they should not rely on adult supervision to ensure that they stay on task. Ideally, we hope to see them becoming independent learners who are able to plan and prioritise their tasks on hand.
