I was unintentionally trapped on the 5th floor of the 20 de Julio campus and anxiously watched the dreadful scene unfold below. The ferocious winds blew wildly, and the heavily pouring rain quickly flooded the street below. Incredibly, I saw the raging water violently sweep a bus away. It was a truly astonishing and deeply terrifying sight to behold.
