         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the spring, the snow melts, there is a lot of sunlight, and temperatures rise quickly usually in May. In summer, the high temperature is usually in the high sixties and seventies but can also rise to the mid eighties. Between May and September, the weather is mild and clear, and it is the warmest in July. In the winter, it can get below twenty degrees Fahrenheit.  The most snow comes between December and April.</div>]]></description>
