Lastly, the students will be informed of mandatory participation and attending weekly. </div>]]></description>

Participation is highly encouraged, but are allowed to pass.&nbsp;<br><br>The participant guidelines/ground rules resource will be used in the first lesson. Once students introduce themselves, ground rules will be discussed. The form will serve as a guide to determine additional rules students would like to add for the small group. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The population of students are seeking additional help to develop their communication skills. Students may not know how to communicate appropriately, and will require to be vigilant at all times.&nbsp;<br><br>Stage 1:&nbsp;This stage will be focused on setting norms and boundaries. The rules will be referred to constantly. Students will be given activities to build trust with each other, and gain a level of comfort. The needs assessment showed students completely isolating, so there will be constant communication to keep the conversation going, and students will be given time to trust their peers. <br><br>Stage 2:&nbsp;Activities will be incorporated for students to interact and build trust with one another. Throughout the activities, students are going to build trust and effectively communicate to complete the task. <br><br>Stage 3:&nbsp;The group will come to an end, and students will be encouraged to stay friends, and communicate with each other. Although the group sessions have ended, students will be encouraged to practice their communication skills in their daily lives. </div>]]></description>
