Students may not know how to communicate appropriately, and will require to be vigilant at all times. 

Stage 1: This stage will be focused on setting norms and boundaries. The rules will be referred to constantly. Students will be given activities to build trust with each other, and gain a level of comfort. The needs assessment showed students completely isolating, so there will be constant communication to keep the conversation going, and students will be given time to trust their peers.

Stage 2: Activities will be incorporated for students to interact and build trust with one another. Throughout the activities, students are going to build trust and effectively communicate to complete the task.

Stage 3: The group will come to an end, and students will be encouraged to stay friends, and communicate with each other.
