         <description><![CDATA[<div>Rosa Parks was born on February 4, 1913 and she passed on October 24, 2005. She was born at Tuskegee, AL and died at Detroit, MI. Parks helped helped the Civil rights movement. Her actions made her a leader because people liked what she was doing. She lost her job because of the bus&nbsp; segregation was unconstitutional.          <description><![CDATA[<div>James Meredith was born on June 25, 1933 and he is actually still alive today, he is 87 years old. He was the first African American student to attend at University of Mississippi. There was a time where they tried to block his way to enter the school. He joined the air forces and then he joined Jackson State College.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Emmett Till was born on July 25, 1941 and he passed on August 28, 1955. He was born at&nbsp; chicago, IL and he died in Money, MS. He was killed in a racist attack and that caused a civil rights movement. One day there was a saying that Till was harassing a white women but later they found out that she abducted Till and dumped his body in a river.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Huey P. Newton was born on February 17, 1942 and he passed August 22, 1989. He was born in Monroe, Louisiana but he moved to Oakland, California during his childhood. He went to college in Oakland and San francisco. They formed a Black Panther group in 1966 to response to incidents that have happened to them.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Medgar Evers was born on July 2, 1925 and he was assassinated on June 12, 1963. He was born in Decatur, Mississippi and he passed in Jackson, Mississippi. He held the first NAACP in Mississippi. He helped organized economic boycotts, voter-registration efforts, and investigated crimes against black people.
