They were not held to the same standards. For example, they did not have lunch duties and were excused if they did not attend duties. When they took off work it was not recorded just as it was for other staff members.  They were rude to staff and often times talked to staff very unprofessionally. This was defiantly discussed with previous leadership. It would be nice to SEE them held to the same standards as everyone.
