         <description><![CDATA[<div>Christy</div><ul><li>Consumer inflation has rapidly rise to 2.5% in January, the highest since May 2014.</li><li>Food prices was the highest component, with the price increase  of pork by 7.1%.</li><li>-Fuel costs has rise up by 16.5% on-year and is the biggest increase in the CPI components.</li><li>From Dec 2016 to Jan 2017 inflation had rise by 0.8%.</li><li>Some banks in China has started discount for first-timers buying houses. </li></ul>]]></description>
