         <description><![CDATA[<div>One Summer when I went to France with my family, we discovered many sweets made with bitter almonds.  French people  use this ingredient in many confectionery products, cakes, cookies... We could see some products made with almonds in the supermarket and in the bakery.          <description><![CDATA[<div>A custom I think is different is that in France and other European Countries, people cook with butter instead of olive oil. On the other hand, in the Mediterranean countries, people cook with olive oil.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>The reason is the weather, in centre Europe, it is very cold and olive trees can’t live in these places because trees die if the temperature drops many days below zero.<br><br></div><div>Dolors Corbella<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I visit ENGLAND, I meet old and retired people who help and contribute to the heritage and culture of their country.&nbsp;<br><br>They are enthusiastic "GUIDES" to churches, museums, monuments....<br><br>In my opinion, I think they do a great job and are a great example to follow.&nbsp;<br><br>Old people can contribute with their experience to society.<br><br>Roser Ars</div>]]></description>
