What happened at the beginning  was opal finding a dog in a 
 Store and she named the stray dog Winn-Dixie.
 And What happened in the middle of the book was opal  going to a finding out about litmus lodgers.
 And figuring out Winn-Dixie had a fear about thunderstorms. and what also happened was When Winn-Dixie. ran in to Gloria dumps backyard and than opal and Gloria dump being to talk to each other. They were slowly be coming Friends. and what happened at the end was opal deciding to have a party in Gloria dumps backyard And inviting the Dewberry boys over to the party.  
The problem of the book is opal. Having no friends and and no mom. The main character is Aven and she has no arms but she does anything that I can do.  And Aven Moved to a place called stage coach pass because her dad got a job interview And she made new friends She met Connor and Zion and Hener. 

In the start of the book Aven is moving to stage coach pass 
Avens dad lost his job. Her first day she found a gold mine and angry bill and she found her house. Her tenth day she whet to school and met Conor and her teacher thot she need help getting the pants. Aven eat her lunch in the bathroom in school to not get in barest buy her eating her lunch with her feet. 
She went to her house and invited Conor and she explored the place and found a museum but it had a bunch of stuff but it had a photo missing 

In the middle of the books Connor and Aven found a shack with boxes that had A V C on it and Connor thot it said Aven. Aven found a necklace in a pit on a hill. They found Zion outside on the side of the street and they became friends with Zion. 
Connor and Aven got in a fight because Connor said I whont be able to do this. Aven whent to school and didn’t find Connor Aven and Zion where saying were is Connor. 

At the end of the book Connor was at Aven football practice and he went to her at the end of practice and aven was happy to see him again after a while. Connor was telling her that he was at a park with his mom and they had fun together. Aven found the keys to open the drawer
