<title>using the heat through the autoclave is the most effective method due to the use of heat for sanitisation. the water heats up to about 126 degrees and takes around 20 minutes to sterilise the equipment plus cooling time. it works when any objects that are put into the machine have been wiped down before with an effective type of sanitation either alcoholic wipes or in hot soapy water. this needs to occur due to any grease or other liquid based products on the objects will prevent the autoclave from being sterilised properly. the autoclave also can only hold small equipment made with stainless steel due to other metals being used by an autoclave can become rusty over time if sterilised by an autoclave. </title>

<title>its the most effected method with it using heat with temperatures of 126 to create steam with sterilises the equipment .the sterilise procedure 20 min plus cooling time , everything placed in the auto clave should be wiped over with a alcohol based product such as surgical spirit or washed in hot soapy water this is to make sure the equipment is clean and free from grease. the autoclave is only suitable for small pieces of equipment that can tolerate high temperatures metal should only be stainless steel as the temperature in the auto clave will cause metals to rust over time . </title>
