I'm really excited about the additions made to the Teach book that's going to support teachers with building understanding of the coherence of the module, along with the supports built in and where the assessments fall. Specifically, the descriptions around the Big Ideas, UDL, multilingual learner support, etc.

I appreciate the switch to labeling distributed practice pages as Spiral Review, along with the labeling of the types of pages, and the addition of the I Can statements for every lesson. I also am excited about the self-reflection part of the exit tickets.

I am really excited about the additional resources available for teachers and the the overall organization of the materials. I know that I probably won't support California as much as some of my other colleagues, but it would be great if the format could be duplicated in Louisiana resources as well.

I love all the additional resources. They seem easy to read and understand for teachers. Even though this is more information, the way it is designed doesn't feel overwhelming for teachers to internalize. I like that so many things now have icons or color coding that makes it easier to find for teachers. While I don't believe I will be supporting California that often, I do hope that these changes will be incorporated into other state additions. (These are things that Louisiana teachers have been wanting. It would be great to have this offering for them as well.)

I like that the Apply book includes the new terminology for students. I also like that all lessons have support for multilingual learners as well as each module (GKM3-G5) including spiral reviews.
