This school showed the dedication King Louis had for the art of dance and was located in a room in the Louvre. Over time, the Academie Royale de Danse has become the Paris Opera Ballet.

He worked with a lot of people in court dances, and that slowly evolved into ballet.  He did dance himself and dressed in a golden costume and showed off the inside of his shoes.  He soon got nicknamed the sun-God.
