      <description>After securing her bachelor of science in public affairs from Indiana University at Bloomington, Heather Kulwin attended the University of Indianapolis to study business and marketing. She earned her master of business administration in 2003. Over the course of her career, Heather Kulwin has served as a furniture sales associate with Crate and Barrel, an inside advertising sales manager with Angie’s List, and an information technology professional with Bridgestone Firestone Diversified Products.

Heather Kulwin has been managing commercial projects for permitting as a building code analyst with the city of Indianapolis since 2008. To facilitate her work with the city, she holds a half dozen professional certifications in areas that relate to the real estate permitting process.

When she isn’t working, Ms. Kulwin enjoys sailing and playing tennis. She is also active with local organizations that range from the Christamore House Guild to the Design Arts Society of the Indianapolis Museum of Art.</description>
