Dear Ione,

You are my very best friend. This is why I want to write this letter to you. I wish I could share all my feelings face to face but I can’t, do it right now, because of COVID-19. So I have to do it in my journal, I always feel sad when I can’t see you face to face, but when I can I would be really happy, because  we can do a lot of stuff like play tag, freeze tag, hoola hoop and  all those stuff. In zoom it is all different we can’t play any games except for  games that we can see each other on, that would be exciting but we can do a video call any time we want.  Love# Rachael 

Dear Mr.Li and Ms.Xu,

This weekend I had a overnight on my dad’s boat. I steered the boat across the slot. The slot is the big waves that are the length of the golden gate bridge. I had a really great time. I even went swimming in the freezing cold water! On monday I went to Angel island! I got to go to Angel island beach, the water was a little hotter. It was so fun!

Dear everybody,

Please stop polluting the environment, a lot of animals die because of  pollution, some become weird, like if pollution gets in a frogs eggs the frog the tadpole grows into will have: 3 eyes, 5 legs, 2 heads and possibly 3 heads. And if the pollution gets in the ocean the fish will all die if there is too much pollution all the fish will die and the predators such as sharks sea lions and whales will die because they have nothing to eat, then the food chain will be imbalanced.

        Dear Ah-Ma,

                                  I had an ok week. This week was all review . I downloaded a new virtual background this week and it was a video. It plays the video and when you turn the virtual background off, it stops the video. This is how I got it: I clicked save video , saved it in videos and when I was on a zoom call, I clicked add video, went to videos, clicked the video and I was done. It is also Grandma’s birthday on Saturday so say happy birthday. It was an ok week and we still have Saturday and Sunday to go.

Thank you so much for launching a rocket that is completely full to the brim of corona into space. Now we enjoy life without coronavirus. Everybody can go to work and go to school safely. And the best part is, we don’t have to wear masks any more! No one will have to worry about getting sick anymore and no one will die. No one will have to go to the hospital or lose their jobs.    When I first found about corona-virus I thought I was going to have a nightmare. It turns out i didn't have a nightmare about it. I only had daydreams about it. At first I thought covid-19 and corona-virus were different but soon I realized they were the same. I found out about it around January to February. I found out about it at night.  I was on my mom’s bed looking at her computer. It said:”new SARS like virus kills second patient.”

Today i’m going to tell you about my summer.I went to my grandmas 5 or 7 times. I road My bike and My Scooter. Then, I got home. I played leg with my sister. We also played hide-and-seek. It was fun playing with my sister. Normally my bedtime is 8:30,but in the summer I go to sleep at 9:00. I did many fun things over the summer.

Dear Grandmother, and Grandfather yesterday it happened a very scary thing.

It was about fire in the forest. Eureka, and my dad is driving on the freeway, we see a Couple of dark purple cloud and Cover the           Blue sky. When we drive closer, we see a VERY VERY BIG CLOUD WAS COMING FROM THE FOREST ! And the road got blocked with the fire so we go to another Road and it got BLOCKED WITH FIRE TO !

But there have another road can go but it was too hard to go and it was night time now, IT WAS HARDER THAN GO TO Mammoth land, because the road right was a cliff so we went back home and went to sleep. In 2019 san  francisco reported 8,035 homeless. San francisco is one of the wealthiest place the world 18 billionaires live here !.However, we still  can't house people. Even worse, people are getting evicted from their houses that means even more homeless in this city. And soon were going to have more homeless than people who have houses and apartments ,people moving out of San francisco. If you don't act and help, San francisco will fall apart. In the future will damage your reputation.  Build more affordable more houses ,build more affordable apartments and universal basic income for every people. Please act now!

Dear Governor,

I HATE covid 19. I understand that you are doing as much as you can, but I’d like coronavirus to end. Maybe we can ask nasa to help pack up covid 19 and launch it out of our solar system! Or maybe we can ask a group of scientists to make an e.m.t. (electric magnetic transmitter) that only affects corona! Or maybe we can just wait. Ether way is fine, but I prefer the first one.

I hope you’re having a good day.  I’m having a good day. I’m having a good day because I watched some YouTube and I discovered how to type a greek symbol, the last letter of the Greek alphabet. I’ll show it to you: Ω. It’s called an “omega”. I learned about it in Percy Jackson and the Olympians The Last Olympian. Dear Mr.Trump,

Are you going to drain everyone's water supply to put out the fire? I Think you should only drain 15% of everyone’s water if you are going to drain peoples supply. And do you ever look out at the window to see whether the sky is orange.
