On page 19, production  made a reality show called "Expedition Survival." It's about people being placed in an island to see them fight for their lives or see how they would survive. Having to survive in an unfamiliar place is an issue that needs to be solved because they don't really have any connections or way to contact people. This issue affects the participants in the show, but in the real world, this issue affects people who live in areas that are dangerous. This issue affects people by showing them that surviving in an unfamiliar place is dangerous and it is not easy. People can find themselves living in many different difficult areas like deserts and arctic areas. Surviving in the forest would be difficult too. It was hard for him to treat his wounds because he was always by himself. These wounds would come from creatures that would bite him and take him by surprise. Wahoo's dad is on the island and he has to survive it. There was always hope for Wahoo's dad because he was tough to kill and the animals were always tried to kill him. Crocodiles, mosquitoes and bugs were all things that tried to kill hiim. For example, cacti is one of the most common water sources in the desert. It can only last you a short amount of time before you run out. this makes it difficult to survive because your body needs to be hydrated in places like the desert.
"Not only is it difficult for humans to survive in deserts - it is also hard for animals, plants and other forms of life to live. This, in turn, makes it even harder for human life to persist because there is always risk of running out of food. " Very few desert animals can kill a human being, however, there are venomous snakes, scorpions and spiders, which in a serious survival situation could be a fatal encounter if there is no chance of medical assistance."

This is an important issue because it is rare that people can survive in deserts or unfamiliar lands. It's unsafe and the government needs to make sure everyone is provided with the resources they need.  

One way we can solve this issue is to help people live in these unfamiliar lands by giving them the resources they need to survive and sending them care packages.
