         <description><![CDATA[<div>For a lot of mental illnesses, the main course of treatment is usually different types of therapy and medication. Specifically with OCD, the most effective forms of therapy are cognitive behavior therapy (or CBT), exposure therapy, and response therapy. These courses of action attempt to resolve symptoms and anxiety.</div>]]></description>

There is a long list of different types of antidepressants and anti-anxiety medication that can be taken, but for those with OCD, one of the most effective medications is selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). This medication helps to relieve thoughts, obsessions, and compulsions connected to  OCD.</div>]]></description>
