In our meeting, the work we carried out with the project stakeholders was evaluated and the task distribution for the upcoming work was detailed, the work to be done was detailed and joint decisions were made. The project schedule and some applications to be used were determined. It was a productive meeting that will strengthen our project.

In the meeting we held on February 7, 2025, opinions were expressed about the work done and to be done in accordance with the project schedule. It was decided to re-evaluate the task sharing in accordance with the schedule and fill in the task table. It was decided to organize Safer Internet Day events on February 11, 2025 within the scope of certain days and weeks.

This week, we held a webinar meeting. We reviewed the previous week's activities and discussed and planned the tasks for the upcoming week. We assigned tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, we decided on the activities we will carry out for Safer Internet Day.

In our meeting, we exchanged information about the program we used to make or will make our cartoons. We shared with each other the visual and video creation artificial intelligence and programs that we can use in animation design. It was a productive meeting to discuss the progress of our project and the task for the next week.

In our meeting, the story section to be created in the story writing task was shared. Ideas were exchanged about the design of the story book. The artificial intelligence applications and websites to be used for the story book and the visuals to be created were decided. It was a very enjoyable and productive meeting.

In our meeting, we first made our evaluations regarding our math rule song task. Then, we discussed the details regarding our game design task. Our project manager Dilan Pehlivan provided information about the teams to be formed during the game design process. She drew a roadmap by sharing the screen regarding the platform on which we would create the game and introduced the platform. We concluded the meeting by meeting with our team members in collaboration to design the game. It was an effective meeting where we discussed our task in the last week of the plan.
