Qualifications such as degrees are very important as these are an expectations when getting a job with many employers as it shows that the candidate has a high level of knowledge in a specific area.  Qualifications may also be valued higher than experience as it shows that the candidate has a deep understanding of the area. <br><br></div>]]></description>
