         <title>Lab Reflection Questions</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. In this lab, doing the exercises then finding the oxygen consumption of Estrella and Serenity went very well. From what our group found, there was little to no room for error during this part of the lab<br><br>2.&nbsp; We probably should have thought out how to find a control and how to find data a little bit better in this experiment. Our control group included someone who has asthma, which you can't compare to someone who does not have asthma.&nbsp;<br><br>3. I learned that sometimes your teammates will need a little bit of extra motivation to get going. At first, Serenity did not want to do squats, but, after a little bit of convincing, we were able to motivate her to do them.&nbsp;<br><br>4. It is important to know about this subject because, as humans, we are constantly moving around and using oxygen.&nbsp;It is important to know how our body uses that oxygen as a result of exercising. </div>]]></description>
