 We know that there are a lot of benefits in reading and listening to music, and scrolling through our pinterest is definitely enjoyable. But, I also know that we should not let it consume us. Since instead of utilizing it for our good, we are instead using it as a weapon for self-destruction. This realization taught me how to properly manage and balance my time throughout the day, to efficiently complete my tasks. How to program my mind to be strong, and not easily fooled and influenced by what I see online, as I know that everything in the internet is not completely the truth. Furthermore, I think my media consumption is relatively healthy compared to my generation, and I know that it should always stay that way. It is relatively healthy beacause I allot certain amounts of time for each media that I consume.
