Also they have to get their school work done and have to go to bed so they can also get up and go to school tomorrow. Although they may be employed for up to 23 hours in school weeks and 3 hours on school days. During school days the kids are only able to work 8 hours.</div>]]></description>

I think they placed this law because of also school work and also if they are worked to hard they may be tired to even go to school and also do homework and if the factory's are dirty they may get sick and even get hurt because of what they are being told to do.</div>]]></description>

Be in compliance with all applicable Ohio and Federal laws relating to the employment of minors. Not employ minors 16 and 17 years of age in door-to-door sales activity before 7 a.m. or after 8 p.m. They placed this law for people under 18 that either arent out of school and just dont have enough time outside of school to do any extra work other than their school work. </div>]]></description>
