Once you have selected your grade you can use this website for ideas regarding lesson plans and rubrics. <br><strong>3. Ed Tech Teacher</strong><br><a href="http://bit.ly/2EdTechTeacher">http://bit.ly/2EdTechTeacher</a><br>This website is a great resource for teacher to use when looking for a History-Social Studies lesson plan. It ranges from general history resources to Ancient/Biblical History.<br><strong>4. PBS</strong><br><a href="http://bit.ly/2historian">http://bit.ly/2historian</a><br>This website can be a useful tool when searching for shows and documentaries to go along side with a History-Social Studies lessons. They have a variety of selections and all you have to do is create a free account. <br><strong>5. Education</strong><br><a href="http://bit.ly/2socialstudies">http://bit.ly/2socialstudies</a><br>This is a wonderful site for teachers looking to find a fun social studies lesson plan. There are a variety of options to select from, you can minimize your options by going directly to your specific grade level. </div>]]></description>

Rick Morris a recognized specialist in the field of classroom management offers exciting and innovating management skills. This webpage also offers a variety of tips from birthday games to the kindergarten clap.<br><strong>3. ELD/SDAIE</strong><br><a href="http://bit.ly/2ELD-SDAIE">http://bit.ly/2ELD-SDAIE</a><br>This PDF file is a useful tool for any struggling teacher looking to implement classroom strategies for his/her ELD students. There is a list of strategies that can be helpful especially for first year teachers. <br><strong>4. This webpage provides strategies for all grade levels. Here you get instant ideas on how to manage tough behaviors. Some of which may be attention seeking behaviors, demanding students, lack of motivation, class distractions.</div>]]></description>

There is a wide variety of lesson plans for reading in social studies, language arts, and history. Additionally, the website also offers teaching strategies and classroom management tools. <br><strong>3. Purdue OWL</strong><br><a href="http://bit.ly/2Purdue">http://bit.ly/2Purdue</a><br>This website serves as a writing guide for projects and essays. Teachers in the upper grades will find this helpful for their students. It shows students how to write papers in certain formats such as APA and MLA. <br><strong>4. Lessons 4 Now</strong><br><a href="http://bit.ly/2Lessons">http://bit.ly/2Lessons</a><br>This friendly teacher website offers tips for teaching challenging reading content across the curriculum. This includes tips such as intermittent choral reading, marking the text, and modeling. <br><strong>5. Inspiration</strong><br><a href="http://bit.ly/2inspiration">http://bit.ly/2inspiration</a><br>This website offers a paid program that can be a useful tool for teachers looking to have access to visual learning templates that are designed to help teachers get a jump start on projects. They have the ability to modify the template or create a new one. The program also provides lesson plans for social studies, mathematics, and language arts. </div>]]></description>

This webpage offers all the information that a first year teacher may need to know for English learners and special education students.<br><strong>3. CAL-Center for Applied Linguistics</strong><br><a href="http://bit.ly/2CALLearners">http://bit.ly/2CALLearners</a> <br>This webpage offers research that has been concluded with EL learners. It provides the user with projects, resources, and services for EL learners. This webpage includes how to use the SIOP model. Additionally, the webpage has links to other websites on language and culture. <br><strong>4. Understood - For Learning and Attention Issues. </strong><br><a href="http://bit.ly/2specialed">http://bit.ly/2specialed</a><br>This is a great resource that teachers can use and also recommend to parents of the children with special needs. This website offers several accommodations that the teacher can follow to help her students. There is a variety of accommodations listed, some of which include presentation, response, setting, and timing accommodations. <br><strong>5. National Association of Naset</strong><br><a href="http://bit.ly/2GATE">http://bit.ly/2GATE</a><br>This resource provides teachers with links to multiple sites for strategies and accommodations for students with special needs and for gifted students. It talks about ways to challenge gifted students with reading and writing. It also provides multiple resources for assessing individuals who may be gifted.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
