Assisting her father in all aspects of daily operations, Eva Lea Klein took on increasing managerial responsibilities as the years progressed. In the late 1980s, she attended university in Brazil, studying architectural design. In 1991, she moved to Florida, where she ultimately took on a position with Banana Republic as a tailor. Holding the position for eight years, she undertook the sewing, reinforcement, joining, and finishing of garments sold in the store according to customer needs and requests. Ms. Klein has leveraged a knowledge of languages such as Portuguese and Spanish in providing superior service to Florida retail customers who are not fluent in English.
