The rules:

1) When you are tagged you need to read through the other posts on the board.

2) Find one tool/app/site you'd like to try.

3) Add a post it. The post it should say something like "I'd like to try _____. A few of my core apps are: ______, _______, ______. Then share 3-5 core apps on the Padlet board.

4) Then you need to tag three new people to play on your favorite social media site. (I'm starting to play on Twitter, but I see no reason the game has to stay there.)

I'd like to try to do more with Socrative and Kahoot.

My core apps are many and varied - Love using Linoit, Padlet and Cacoo as collaboration tools in class - gives everyone a 'voice'. Animoto, Adobe Voice and Powtoon are my creative tools for video/presentations. Absolutely have to have google docs for my teaching.

I would like to learn about ThingLink or Glogster. Which do you prefer?

I am loving learning about new tools, specifically Padlet, VoiceThread, Twitter, and Storybird (see attachment). I am only interested in tech tools that one can use from any device. May I ask people to specify if a tool is only available on an iDevice? Thank you!

I'd like to learn more about Freshgrade.com and find out how to build eportfolios that connect kids and the classroom to parents. This resource blends computer/iPad/iPhone so teachers and kids can snap pics and collect audio/video on the fly and then portfolios can be examined with any device. I am super excited about the possibilities with this free resource.

Some of my core sites and apps are: Google apps (but I still want to learn more about Google Classroom), Kidblog, eMaze for snazzy digital books and presentations, wimp.com for fun video clips, and Journey North for projects and digital books. I am also looking forward to sharing http://www.dkfindout.com/us/ with kids too! I've used all of these resources on iPad and computer except for eMaze-computer only.
