I define success as working as hard as I possibly can to make sure my students are reaching their potential. I want students to know that I am here to help them and not be afraid to ask questions if needed. I coached basketball for over 25 years. Many of my teams were successful because they worked hard and used each other and other resources to be the best they could be.

I have three pets. My first pet, Lola, is an Australian Shepherd who is turning 11 this year. My second pet, Rocky, is a mixed German Shepherd and is one and a half years old. My third pet, Gigi, is a tabby cat; she is turning one this October. I have already listed my hobbies, but I will say my favorite one is hanging out with friends. Because whenever I have a chance to talk or hang out with any of them, my day gets ten times better, and it helps me get through many of the tough times I deal with. Although I can only talk to them online because most of them live in Utah, it doesn't mean that I don't have a good time talking with them, and it makes visiting much more rewarding.

My hobbies include but not limited to: listening to music, reading, watching TV movies and sports, gaming on the computer, and hanging out with friends and family.

My time at Cochise would be considered a success if and when I get my degrees meet new people and possibly make new friends. And I know that I will have to prioritize classes to the things that are usually a lot more fun by sometimes sacrificing time with my friends or doing one of my other Hobbies.

But, it's well worth it for a chance at a brighter future and I'm willing to put forth all the time and hard work necessary for success.

Hello everybody my name is Sophia Ortega I’m 17 years old ! I live in benson AZ . My major is nursing and recently I found out that you can get a full bachelors in nursing here at Cochise so I’m very excited for that !

I have always wanted to be in the healthcare field , my mother was a patient care technician at Tucson Medical Center and I’ve always wanted to follow her footsteps ! When I do graduate I intend to be a Med -surge RN , and work in a hospital .

What brought me to Cochise was the commute and being able to be in a stable college and not having to transfer to other colleges . A little bit about me is I graduated high school 2 years early , I have a pug Felipe who is my pride and joy , and I love running on my free time and I love baking , and I also have been drumming for about 2 years now !

I define success as being able to accomplish what you put your mind to no matter the obstacles you have to overcome to get to where you want to be , and not letting your past define you but looking at the future you want to make for yourself .

I’m not the best with working technology and I would love for any feedback on how I can communicate better with all of you or how to be as fast as possible with turning in assignments .I definitely know the obstacles I have to overcome for college are being able to communicate and be social with others as I am an introvert and also being able to step out of my comfort zone when talking to professors about my work and upcoming assignments .

I’m looking forward to spending the semester with you all and I hope we can all become great friends even through a screen ! Wish you all luck !

Some hobbies of mine are time with my family, cooking, camping, and fishing. Here's to a great a year.

I define success for myself at Cochise College by doing my very best and setting myself up for a good future in science. I want to pass all my classes, keep up with the workload, and hopefully retain good relations with all of my teachers to know my time here was a success. I will have to work on stress management, but I know I will have succeeded if I finish this semester with a smile on my face. I will have to sacrifice some time getting to campus from where I live for math exams, as well as my down time and overall freedom. However, I think it'll be worth it! My family is very supportive of my journey, and I hope to make my experience worthwhile!

Hello my name is Isabel Ibarra, I am 20 years old. I live in Douglas Az with my husband and my four month old baby girl. What brought me to Cochise college was the desire to be someone better in life. I am taking my basics to enter the nursing program. Some of my hobbies are baking, cooking, doing my nails and spending time with my family. Success to me means being satisfied with what you have accomplished or who you have become. Every person has different goals in life so success is not the same for everyone but what you really feel happy with is what matters. My goal in Cochise college to feel successful is to finish my nursing program. Some sacrifices I will have to make to be able to peruse my goals are spending less time with my family in order to complete my assignments.

My main hobby is going to the gym, it is something enjoyable since it can keep you healthy and distracted which could also be helpful with your mental health. I used to enjoy going on daily runs even tho I haven't done it in a while.

Success for myself at Cochise College would be passing my classes with hopefully high grades and discovering what I would like to do in the future. I will know my time here was successful when I have accomplished these goals and determined what is best for me. I order to achieve this I will have to work very hard and set the least important things and distractions aside.

I am 19 years old. I was born in Northern California, and currently live in Sierra Vista, AZ.

I enrolled at Cochise College in order to pursue an associates degree in cybersecurity, as I use computers a lot in my day to day life, and I am very familiar with their usage. I am currently a first year student.

I enjoy reading books and making art in my free time, as well as driving, working out, listening to music, and playing videogames.

I will know I have succeeded in Cochise College if I'm able to remain focused and understand my work, completing assignments satisfactorily. If I am able to receive an associate's degree, I will consider it a success in what I have currently set out to accomplish.
