He was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 20 years ago and was recently discharged from hospital after 7 days following an MI and stabilising diabetes.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Conditions/ Panthology: </strong><br>Overweight, type 2 diabetes, MI- from a heart attack or acute myocardial infarction. <br><br><strong>Signs and symptoms:</strong><br><br></div><div><strong>Overweight:</strong> breathlessness, sweating, difficulty doing physical activity, tiredness, low self esteem and feeling isolated. <br><strong>Risks:</strong> diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and atherosclerosis, asthma&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>Type 2 diabetes:</strong> tiredness, feeling thirsty, peeing a lot, weight loss, blurred vision, body taking longer to heal, thrush symptoms.<br> <strong>Risks:</strong> Heart disease, stroke, nerve damage, feet problems, vision loss, misscargidge, stillbirth, kidney problems.<br><br></div><div><strong>MI:</strong> Chest pain, shortness of breath, feeling weak or light headed, overwhelming anxiety <br><strong>Risks:</strong> muscle rupture, septal defect, genetic susceptibility &nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>= George could pick up some light sport activities that wont cause to much strain on his recent MI, i.e swimming, golf and light workouts at the gym. These can help him keep fit and can reduce his weight. Depending on the effects of his MI he may need certain therapy’s.&nbsp;<br><br>= He can also do these things with people in his age group so that he can spend more time with people his age such as bingo, crown green bowling, rambling society e.g.<br><br>= Pick up a new hobby such as fishing or travelling with his wife. Trips away cab relax his mind due to doing childcare for his children it can create stress and anxiety especially if he is not physically fit after his MI.&nbsp;<br><br>= Taking his grandchildren to the park allows him to meet other his age and also give him the slight physical activity that he needs to stabilise his obesity and type 2 diabetes and will help reduce his symptoms.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
