Worked as much as 100 hours a week. 

2)  What were some things workers and labor unions wanted changed?

Shorter work weeks and an 8 hour work days.

3) What was the Fair Labor Standards Act?  What rights were gained?

It set a 40-hour work week, regulated child labor, ans set standards for minimum wage and overtime pay. They also earned health benefits plans from their employers.

4)  Why should we remember the labor movement?
