I'm an advocate of equality, women empowerment and sustainability -- these are very close to my heart since I've already handles some projects during my CFSI-L'Oreal journey.

I feel secured and proud to be part of this company because L'Oreal doesn't only care for its consumers, but also its employees. It's very evident that truly their employees are their priority. 

With this training, I learned so much about our business and brands. From experiencing funny and personal moments with the ManCom team, learning with and about my fellow new hires, and finally, seeing the passion behind the wins of our L’Oreal PH brands, it was truly a great experience!

I feel a renewed desire to start my journey and make my own mark, especially with a company that cares about the same things I do. It may not be easy, but the future is definitely looking bright – I’m happy to be a part of it.
