         <description><![CDATA[<div>Healthy eating is making sure you eat all varieties of foods. Vegetables, proteins and carbs. Vegetables and fruits are the most important and should be what you eat the most. Protein comes next with your meats and dairies, proteins are better for before workouts. Carbs should be less often but still incorporated into your diet. You also always want to make sure to drink water throughout the day. Water prevents headaches and muscle pain and tension after a workout.</div>]]></description>
