You have always been a bro to me which I have been relying on from the very first day but the things you have taught me will help me to stand sole in this work area. It's so amazing to have brain-storming sessions with you, when I'd be thinking one-directional and you'd be thinking multi-dimensional. I believe understanding the strengths and weaknesses is most important job of being a people manager and you aced it!.
