Thank you for letting us follow along on the safety inspections. It was informative and showed me that safety is just a mind set. I taught Driver's Education for eight years and just have that mind set. I find work arounds for dangerous corners and always check the driver's blind spot. Safety at work needs to become that ingrained, just a part of the job. That was educational for me. 
I liked the way you helped the contractors with work arounds, just as a part of the process. For example, using a sled for tools and as a drag, if someone needed to be extracted from under a building. You problem solved in a natural dialogue with the contractor. That was nice to witness. 
I will be looking for the right young lady to steer to a Safety career.
