1.What) What are the facts presented?
      -Metro Manila has the highest rate of being drug-affected with 92.10 percent of the regions barangays involved. (According to asian journal.com written by Press) Accoring to "PDEA" 20.51% or 8629 barangays village out of 4265 nation wide are pludged with the drug related cases.

2.) How were the arguements/opinions presented? Were they supported by facts?
   -In the recent weeks, reports show that there have been more than 100 repored cases of drugs-related killings in less than a month. The arguement or opinion was supported by a fact which is said by our very own Vice-President, Leni Robredo.

3.) Revise one arguement/Opinion and supplement with more facts.
      -Reports show that there have been more than 100 reported cases of drug-related killings in less than a month. But there has also been a spate of surrenders from thousands of drug users and peddlers across the country. They have pledged to not do or sell drugs again and cooperate with the government’s drive against drugs.

The facts presented about the article that we red is about 6S of summer diseases stated by DOH Secretary Paulyn Jean Ubial, which are sore eyes, sipon at ubo (cough and colds), skin diseases, sakmal ng aso (dog bite), sunburn and stomach ailments. These 6S mentioned by the Department of Health are also observed even if it is not summer.

2. The arguments are presented in a proper and detailed way to inform people about the risks that we can experience during summer. 6S diseases has facts supported and has opinions/arguments presented by the speaker DOH Secretary Paulyn Jean Ubial who warns on how it affects and gives an idea to avoid the said diseases. 

3. "Ubial reminded the public to avoid exposure to the sun between 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. as these are the hours with the highest temperatures during the dry season."

Exposure on too much heat specially around 10 a.m to 3 p.m can lead an individual on any of the different 6S diseases. One must bring plenty of water and a white surface on the top and bottom surface painted black umbrella to use during this season is used as much as possible.

These facts has been proved correct.

  The arguments are presented in a organized manner and bias can be hardly seen as the writer states the argument. Facts has been used to support the editorial just like the statement about the corruption.

   Firing officials, however, is not enough. The whole truth must be known before firing, proper and fair investigation on both parties should be conducted  so that the innocent must be cleared, and appropriate penalties imposed in case guilt is established.

        The arguments were presented in a way wherein it was supported by facts showing the deflation or the decrease of the country's tourism affecting the economy's state.

       According to the editorial, Philippine's tourism dropped and is ranked seventh out of nine in Southeast Asia (which was supported by facts), if this still continues our country might as well experience a decrease in the field of industry leading to an economic deflation which would highly affect the country, since it is one of its sources of income.

1.) The facts presented focused on the current condition of the country's basic education system, noting the upcoming implementation of the K to 12 program (based from the year of the publication). It elaborated on the concerns of financial instability that led to the increasing rates of drop-outs ranging from elementary to high school. To give light to this problem, the editorial included the government's implemented law which talks about providing financial aid for students, making Kindergarten free of charge and a requirement to advance to first grade. To discourage the dropout rates even further, a law was implemented on using the mother tongue as the language to be used by teachers, while English is to be slowly incorporated in fourth grade. While this remains a fact to public schools, the writer failed to note on the practices of private schools which usually encourage the use of English as early as Prep or even Kindergarten. Another fact presented and is currently observed is that despite the support of the government, the dropout rates still remain high just as parents still have difficulties on paying other miscellaneous fees, and might even increase after the additional 2 years of learning in the K12 system. The editorial basically talked about the effects of poverty on children's education, and the government's attempts to solve the crisis and promote national competitiveness.

2)The arguments were presented and supported by a law which is under the Republic Act 10533 or the Basic Education Program Law, currently practiced in today's education system. It was also presented based from observations which were also supported by the writer's research.

3.) The mother tongue was already the medium of instruction from kindergarten up to the third grade. It was implemented to the public schools of every district of the Philippines. Currently, DepEd uses 19 languages in Mother Tongue-Based Multilingual Education(MTB-MLE). One example here is the Iloko which is being used by the public elementary schools of La Union

 Agricultural lands remain with wealthy private landowners and the Philippines is rich in natural resources the country is one if the world's 17 mega diversity countries,although a large number of species are threatened or endangered. Additional threats come from mining operations,clearing of forest for agriculture and settlements,collection of fuel wood and poor management by the government and tenured stakeholders resources.

 How were the arguments/opinions presented? 

No because they have a poor management even Philippines has some of the most extensive water resources in the world although water quality has been severely degraded. Pollution from human trash commercial agricultural chemicals,animal wastes and industrial wastes has led to 50 biologically dead and dying river systems.

 The Philippines consists of 7,107 islands covering 300,000 square kilometers(30 million hectares), including 298,170 square kilometers of land and 1,830 square kilometers of water but the government are not giving more importance of these and it's showing all of these are useless so we must give more importance of these is that our country will be more showy and having a unique place and for all the farmers too having a clear work for the citizens.

"Excellence is more a matter of option and opportunity than a function of gender." Women can push back and use their voice in the wilderness to show the way out of indifference. They can drive a powerful force to reclaim one's rightful place.

In an editorial article from Sunstar, 136 inmates with HIV were recorded by the health officials inside the Cebu city jail through conducting tests. Another fact is  the 844 new cases of HIV via sexual intercourse and other modes of transmission that were reported last January by the Department of Health. Lastly, according to sources, most of the inmates were involved in the Operation Tokhang that is being implemented by the government.


2. How were the arguments/opinions presented? Were they supported by facts?

The statements were presented properly and were supported by facts that are conducted by the health officials and other sources as being stated above .

3. Revise one argument / opinion and complement it with more facts`

"If they got the virus in the jail, then the mode must have been the use of injectible drugs inside.”  
Inmates got the Virus inside the jail due to the use of contaminated needles.
 
According to Dave Tumulak the City Counsilor of Cebu, he didn't know that there were inmates in the Cebu city jail who have HIV and TB which became alarming for him. 
 
He also said that 48 inmates that are infected due to sharing of contaminated needles (which Councilor James Cuenco also believes) that were being used to take Nubain, were suspected by the city officials.

According to Councilor James Cuenco, eighty-eight were already positive before they entered the facility while the other 48 people might get the virus inside the facility.

-Removing of officials accused of corruption by duterte will be merciless .Rudrigo duterte would not hesitate to remove officials that protect gambling lords or use his anti illegal gambling campaign incerting money. Early this month Duterte. Issued an executive. Designating. philippine National police (PNP) & the (NBI) as the lead agencies in the intensive campaign against illegal drugs. The president earlier revealed that he had fired a two government employees from various agencies . President. Said that he may fired another. Government soon. President duterte don't hesitate to remove all officials. That protect criminals on use. His/her. Position to corrupt. President duterte to those things for the good of the government not only the goverment but for the sake of the philippines...
