         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>In class, a group came up with a great skit that demonstrated the universal design for learning. The skit included a student being allowed to write with a marker, needing a different space or extra time, to write shapes or numbers, etc. This focuses on the individual need of each student to help them succeed.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>Page 63 talks about different ways for students to comprehend information given to them. In class we have talked about students learning better by just listening, taking notes, or even drawing. Every student varies and that should be considered.&nbsp;</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>Pages 152-156 talk about assessment. In class we did various activities getting to know the different types of assessment. For example, formal v. informal and formative v. summative.</li></ul>]]></description>

For example, she will have a worksheet that the students fill out to take notes, she will show videos, or has them play games.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>She makes class fun, engaging, and relatable for the students. They seem to enjoy the content more because my SBE can find a way to relate it back to their interests or something in their everyday life.&nbsp;</li></ul>]]></description>
