I hold correspondence for a few other groups who use the Wellbeing Hub at Sir John Mason house. I recently sent June Elvin a list of these groups along with their activity schedules. We are all very eager to get back into booking our events and activities at the hub. 

The hub is a very beneficial building for us as we can only serve the grangefield area and it is accessible to those living in the area. We always ensure the area was tidy after use and wiped down all surfaces which we would continue to do with more vigour to keep everyone safe. We are also open to using the fire door which means our participants would be entering and exiting via a door external to the one used by staff and residents of the main building. 

Please let me know your booking process, we are aware that government guidance is allowing groups to meet in community buildings with social distancing and limited numbers. We need some information soon as we can then begin to plan, book and advertise our events and activities again.
