    Destigmatising and normalising mental health. (32% of arts students -depression and anxiety
    Providing information about support services in first tutorial
    Talked about our obligation to notice warning signs
    Teaching wellbeing strategies
    Fostering peer support and connectedness.
    Emotional intelligence - noticing others' wellbeing and offering support
    Wellbeing around assessment - if students ask for an extension for (eg) a relationship breakdown, encourage them to link into counselling services
    Capacity - encourage students who may be able 
    Talked about how students also must take initiative to access services - ecouraging autonomy etc
    Our intention is to create an acronym for teachers and for students around wellbeing.
    EISS Environment Initiative Services Support ( a journey towards access).
