Although I believe that when you read this letter you will no longer be so little, I hope you are having a life full of comforts that I surely would not have been able to give you. 

You may wonder why you are receiving this letter today, why you didn’t know the truth until now and why you did not receive it before, well, I wanted you to be old enough to understand why I did what I did.

I want you to know that I loved you until the last moment and that I deeply regret not being able to be with you for all these years. I am so sorry for not being a healthy and strong father to protect you.

You live with a new family because I’m sick, probably I will die in six months or less, and I consider that you deserve a better future than this. Now, I’m relieved because you live happily with wonderful people who love you, and they will do everything they can to make you the happiest girl in the world. I’m very grateful for that.

Sadness fiercely invaded my heart every night when you were gone. I feel I did my best to give you to that couple. Because, although we have relatives, I know they wouldn't love you like I used to do or like your current parents do. 

That illness would separate me from you in a short time. Fortunately, your new parents came along. I want you to know that I did not choose them because of their financial position, but because I saw in their eyes what I saw in mine every morning when I used to think of you. They were and are the perfect candidates to raise a princess like you. I hope you can forgive me for not spending my last days with you, I just wanted you to have a strong and vigorous memory of me. I love you, and even though you are eighteen, I would kiss your cheeks every day if I were with you, and of course, your mom would of.

Don't worry about me, my darling, I am in a hospital, in the capital. I have been struggling with a deadly disease, which has had me trapped for years. To be honest with you, everything got worse when your mother died, I'm so sorry I couldn't help you both. This letter is for you to remember that you have a father who misses you and would do anything to see you again. The next week, I probably will be in another hospital, with more advanced technology. The doctors say that I have to have a very complex surgery, I hope I can see you after that.

She has a natural connection with the earth so her duty is to protect it and condemn environmental terrorists, however, her weakness is that when trying to repair the damage caused by humans to nature her body is weakened for months, so she can only use small fractions of her power consistently, because when making a very large expenditure of energy cannot make use of their powers until her body recovers.
