Management is the process of individual or group people setting a goal together then planning and organizing in order to achieve and get results together. For example: Our group is decided to going to the picnic together. And now we are discussing our plan and distribute all the duties to each other. Our plan includes:

-who will attend

-budget(transportation, food supply, equipments)

-destination

-route.
