         <description><![CDATA[<div>SORTING OUT/GOING FURTHER:<br>The coach and teachers try out the new strategies in their classroom and invite others in the group to come and observe and take notes.<br><br>The coach may choose to model and invite others to watch a strategy first and then, after discussion, teachers try the same strategy and build upon what the coach has done.<br><br>Teachers collect student work to show evidence of how effective the new strategy/practice is.</div>]]></description>
